Loading...Inwood Boxing Academy, located in the Inwood neighborhood of Manhattan, offers many different Boxing programs (After School, Amateur, Masters) for all ages. We have a regulation size ring, professional trainers and coaches, roving instructors, heavy-bags, speed-bags, stationary bikes, treadmills, elliptical machines, free-weights, barbells, separate clean men and women locker rooms and showers.
This place is OK, but the original owner and some of the original crew moved up Broadway to Astral Fitness @ 5500 Boadway on 230th Street. Both clubs are good but Astral even a little further for me is still closeby and is less expensive even with w free parking and more amenities and equipment. I missed Dennis in the mornings and Joe as well.
I will round up for the new IBA for the score around 3 stars.
