They offer good instruction on technique. The instructors, while in class, are quick to help and answer questions. The cost of the school is better than competitive.
Some of the instructors are unapproachable outside of class and they rarely start class on time, which is an issue when you drive from 30 minutes away and the classes are an hour long. If you are visiting the gym for the first time you have to walk around trying to find who runs the place, I’ve seen this more times than I can count.
