Since 2006, we have been training fighters and non-fighters alike, both for competition and recreation. Our instructors have competed in Grappling, Kickboxing and MMA events, and have trained with some of the top fighters in some of the best gyms around the country. We offer instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Kickboxing, Striking and Sparring.
