This gym trains kids to try to kill other kids without any thought. they tell them to draw as much blood and bring as much pain to the opponet as possible. Death to the other kid is of no concern to the trainers. As a 2nd degree blackbelt that trained in Okinawa Japan and having defeated many honorably in Japan to win 7 tournaments, I fought with honor, dignity, and the respect that my Master taught me. This gym is the worst I’ve ever seen. No honor, respect, or love of the Arts, just a kill, kill, mame mentality. Unless you want your child to wind up in jail for Muder 1, do NOT let him attend this gym. These trainers should be arrested and stripped of any rank or awards they have and maybe do some research on just what MMA is really about.

  • To anyone who has read Jane Smith’s review of 805 Fight Club…. Jane Smith has never stepped foot in our gym, and I do not know anyone who knows who Jane Smith is??? Maybe she is related to John Doe??? Her review is a blatent lie. come see for yourself. We are a 501 (c) 3 not for profit organization with a mentoring program for at risk youth! We train hard, teach humility and respect!

This gym has nothing but respect for every person that walks through their door. I’ve been here for 3 weeks and find myself learning more and more everytime I come, from their willingness to teach their values, their approach is the same way regaradless of your level and background, I would with no hesitation be very comfortable with my daughter training with this gym and personnel. Because of that they are easily a place I HAVE recommended to anyone who is interested in MMA.

805 is a great gym whether you are a beginner or you are looking to get some cage time. 805 also has started a women’s program. I am a fourth degree black belt in Taekwondo, and have done martial arts for 19 years. Right now we have a women’s kickboxing class that is more fitness oriented on Tuesday and Thursday’s from 7-8 p.m. I am the instructor and would love to see you come by and try it. I promise once you come you will be hooked. Come and check us out!

Jane Smith, you are an idiot and probably do drugs. I’m one of the instructors and we hold are kids to a standard higher than most private schools hold their kids too. Our gym has helped troubled youth and we ourselves promote healthy lifestyle alternatives to drugs and street fighting. You are obviously upset to the fact that we have either stolen your students or that your form of martial art is as dead as the dinosaurs. By the way, our fighter fight and beat Black Belts in Karate or any other commercialized art you are into. Jane, my suggestion to you is to stick with Yoga and leave the fighting to professionals and let them do what they know. The 805 Fight Club teaches kids and adults to be winners on the mat and in life. I’m sorry your life isn’t going the way you want to go. Please stick with Yoga and cardio kick-boxing.

  • It’s exhausting to seek out knowledgeable individuals on this topic, but you sound like you recognize what you’re speaking about! Thanks
