We have a suspension floor for training, an Octagon, weights and cardio equipment and a multiple bag cage. Our MMA instructors are all current or prior title holders in MMA. So they have been battle tested and proven themselves and their skills. We offer a kids fitness program that is fun & a kids self-defense program driven towards knowledge & awareness, not memorizing moves they will never use except to impress parents and friends.
We have an amateur and professional competition team called the Real World Fight Team. Being on the team here is more than an accomplishment of skill- it is a feeling of belonging to a second family.
Our fitness instructors are actually fit. They’re not genetically gifted or thin because they are 20 years old. They have worked hard to get to where they are at & if you have the drive and dedication will help you do the same!
Trust me when I say, this gym has decent equipment but the staff sucks. I heard a lot of complaints of injuries because of coaches. isn’t a gyms goal to show people how to function, not to hurt them?
