The Central Pennsylvania Martial Arts Academy produces champions in life as well as in the martial arts.
Headed by Master Gunnery Sergeant Mark Jovich Jr. (Shihan, 6th Dan) along with a staff of expert instructors and managers. The Central Pennsylvania Martial Arts Academy offers a number of programs for physical fitness and professional instruction in the martial arts.

I am a former high school wrestler looking for an MMA training center in the area. I am mainly looking to get back into shape and to learn more about the sport of MMA.
