If your goal is to become more physically fit, learn self defense, compete, start or advance through the Martial Arts’ belt ranks, RMA offers programs to fit your needs. Our Kids Karate program serves those eight years of age and up.
For women, we offer training in Shotokan Karate, Kick Boxing, Aerobic Kick Boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/Mixed Martial Arts as well as Women’s Self Defense classes. Our Women’s Self Defense Program is taught by an active duty law enforcement officer.
For men, we offer instruction and training in Shotokan Karate, Kick Boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/Mixed Martial Arts as well as Self Defense classes.
Our Law Enforcement Program, offered to men and woman law enforcement officers, is run by Steve Rinker, an active duty law enforcement officer. RMA offers Club Program discounts to all active duty law enforcement officers.
