Members learn the techniques that have proven to be an effective self-defense system through mixed martial arts (MMA) competitions such as the Ulimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Renzo Gracie’s extensive work with professionals such as elite law enforcement personnel, and the adoption of grappling techniques into almost all martial arts.
Our mission is creating a team of friends training in a clean, safe, progress-oriented environment, and most importantly, to have fun! Benefits include making life-long friends, learning more about ourselves through training, and achieving a level of physical fitness not possible through other exercise programs.
Our members are part of one of the world’s strongest MMA and jiu jitsu competition teams, the Renzo Gracie Association (RGA). For example, two current UFC world champions train with RGA academies. Come and join classes for one week, free, with no obligation.
