It means that in every class students address striking and grappling, both from a standing and prone position. We pride ourselves on not only training in Mixed Martial Arts, but also in testing our skills by competing regularly around the US.
We also offer classes for children. Our classes improve self-esteem, discipline, focus, confidence and assertiveness as well as channel extra energy in positive ways.
