It is our aim to give individuals and families alike an opportunity to learn and enjoy them. Instructor Bruce McGraw has designed a program specifically oriented to satisfy your individual needs in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, in a safe and positive environment. Our classes are conducive to fast learning and lasting results that will accommodate individuals of any experience level (from beginner to advanced), any fitness level (from inactive to athletic) and every age group (from 8 to 80), including men, women and children.

So, I weighed myself today before my workout. I have lost 22 pounds since Thanksgiving. As for my workout, today was at American Combative Systems. I want to recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a professional safe environment to get your MMA on and the cobwebs off. While it is a true fighter’s gym, they have made me feel encouraged by my progress instead of discouraged by how far I have to go. Drew Ratichek and his team really helped me go to my edge but not past it which is my natural tendancy. I feel great. At 46 years young, I am taking back my heart, mind, soul and strength from years of neglect. In that order. I am finally ready for the strength part. The transformation after only 2 months blows me away. If I can do it, anyone can. Thanks Drew and crew!
