We are proud to offer a unique blend of traditional martial arts and modern training methods.We teach the Modo Mio system of combat; Combat Kempo, Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Boxing, Arnis, and CQC.
We have the largest and most upscale in the area: It now houses a large 30ft x 30ft mat space, a 20ft x 20ft professional MMA Boxing Ring, weight room and equipment. It also features dressing rooms, a shower area, offices, lounge area, daycare area, and a large after school program room. A fully operating Snack Bar, a Smoothy Bar, and an in-house Massage Therapist will be new additions as well.
