This place is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!,very intense, just a plethera of knowlage from all the instructors & extremly friendly. They take there time with you if a beginner such as myself and are not afraid to spend that extra few minutes with you after class. Great school,great instructors,great gym!!!!!!!!!!
