Loading...Jeremy Horn’s Elite Performance Gym in Sandy, Utah, is open to all, and not just a fight gym. We have Kids, beginners and advanced classes. We are open to ages 8 and up. Jeremy Horn’s Elite Performance is a 2 level 10,000 square foot building. The first floor contains a 30 X 30 Mat, cardio equipment and weights, while the second level contains 40 X 80 in Mat space, heavey bags, double end bag, speed bags and a cage (down for repairs). The gym is open before and after each class except the last one of the night, if you are interested in weights or cardio.
Our Beginner classes focus on technique and basics. More time is spent learning than applying. Our advanced classes focus on technique and advanced positioning, footwork and moves. You will spend more time applying what you know in this classes. This class is set up for our members who have a good understanding of the techniques. You will do a lot of sparring and grappling.
