We teach the most dominating and effective No-Gi Submission grappling program ever created which was developed by merging the minds and expertise of Ricky Lundell and Cael Sanderson (olympic gold medal wrestler). We also teach traditional Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Pedro Sauer), kids programs, and self-defense courses for professionals. Come try us out at no charge!
The trainers and students at this gym have no morals or ethics. Don’t waist your time with this place. Take the time to find good trainers and a gym where winning is not everything.
