In addition our family-oriented environment is a perfect place to teach your children to feel safe everyday not only when they are at school or outside playing, but also in developing their self-confidence and discipline.

First off, I want to say, I spent time in a lot of gyms around the country, I have trained two years at Gracie Barra Georgia and feel, like you get world class instruction, good value and excellent atm. My son has been involved for three years (11 years old) and my wife has recently started, after watching us come and go for a few years. Fabio Costa is well know world wide as a great instructor and a person committed to top flight jiu-jitsu training.
As a result, many, many top fighters come to visit the school unannounced and ready to train. I cannot say enough about how much the training has helped my son, who up until that point would have rather sat in front of a computer playing X-box or something simular. The kids class has something for all ages, both girls and boys. The classes are large and well attended, with a lot of laughter and serious “rolling”.
