Loading...With over 6,000 square feet of space, The Cage MMA & Fitness in Moody is one of the largest Mixed Martial Arts facility in Alabama. We have everything that’s needed to satisfy all your fitness and martial arts “cravings and hunger”. With our program, you can even pursue a professional career as a MMA athlete.
Our facility is equipped with two MMA cages- 24′ FULL PROFESSIONAL MMA FIGHT CAGE and 18′ PROFESSIONAL MMA TRAINING CAGE. We have a very large MMA 60×30 foot pro-training floor, a 24×24 foot MMA semipro-training floor, a full rack of professional heavy bags, a variety of cardio and fitness equipment, full professional MMA training gear, etc….We have five changing rooms and a shower available to our members. All our instructors, coaches and trainers are very highly qualified to accommodate all of your fitness and MMA needs.
We have a state of the art full blown MMA facility, equipped head and shoulders above other martial arts schools. Our instructors have many years of experience. We are a very professional MMA school. We are teaching a large variety of Martial Arts (not just a one style) including MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Karate and Wrestling, with other cardio and fitness classes also available. We organize and host tournaments and competition events. We are working very closely with local Middle and High Schools to develop a year round Wrestling program. Our membership fees are very competitive and in most cases lower then other martial art schools.

I have trained in many gyms all over US, including some well known gyms in Las Vegas, Reno, Miami, New York, Los Angeles, etc. My first impression walking through the door of The Cage MMA: “Wow, this is it!”.
