Lots of amazing talent trains here and they have Great teachers. However, GOOD LUCK in getting them to pay any attention to you if your not the next up and coming MMA star …..thats their biggest drawback that Inoticed.
Most of the people here are cool.The instructors are blunt “in a good way” and are extremely helpful.They will push you to the limit not for themselves but for you.
Not really the place for me, the lally’s do know their stuff and their is a lot of good instruction but it’s not the place to train if you want to be a fighter from the ground up, they have a lot of talent but they will not pay much attention to you. Also their are a lot of ego’s their and everyone seems to be trying to win over the coaches attention, I don’t have the time for that. It’s a good place if you wanna get in shape and learn to fight thou
have been a total gym rat for YEARS and am really in to staying in shape. However the past few years i have had TWO BABIES! YES 2 kids under the age of 2!! However, with that said, I tried to go back to my usual gym routine and GUESS WHAT NEW MOMS, I saw NO results! There ARE NO WORDS what Arizona Combat Sports and Trevor Lally has done for my self confidence as a woman! My body looked better in 3 months after TWO babies in less than TWO years than it has EVER LOOKED! All females aside… My husband started going to their classes and WOW!!! All I can say is THANK YOU TREVOR LALLY!!!!
