We offer Boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, and Fight Fit. Our facility features 1200 square feet of mat space, including a ring for boxing and Muay Thai. Various striking bags can be found to help athletes hone their skills and two private shower stalls to freshen up after training.
