We are affiliated with Roberto “Maguilla” Marquez De Silva, a 4th degree Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under Carlson Gracie Sr. Here at Capital Punishment MMA, we focus on surviving in the street 1st and surviving in the ring second. Combining Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling, Taekwondo, boxing, and Thai boxing, we offer a complete system of self defense and combat, designed to make anybody able to defend themselves.

I am a crossover athlete that wants to start competing in MMA. I just started coming here and have checked out other places. They have a close & hard working team who have been starting to have a fighter(s) competing or fighting every couple of weeks or so. The main guy josh knows everybody in MMA so there has been a special high ranking guest every week so far. They also have guys that mix in perfectly who just come in a day or two a week. They also aren’t that expensive and dont’ seem to have more than a month at a time contract commitment.
