Evolve Academy takes many different arts – Thai Boxing, Western Boxing, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Greco-Roman Wrestling, Shoot Wrestling, Sambo – and incorporates them into an easy-to-follow curriculum. We have different tracks, depending on what you’re looking for. For the working adult that wants to limit the chance of injury, we have our listed MMA classes. If your aspirations are to fight in the ring or the cage, we also have MMA Fighter Training classes, which are not listed on our general class schedule.
For the novice, we have an intro program to get you up to speed on the basics of ground fighting via Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, as well as the basics of standup fighting via Thai Boxing. For the more advanced fighter, we can fast-track you through our program to get you up to speed. In short, we have a program to fit anyone who wants to learn the art of Mixed Martial Arts.

to tell u a little bit bout me, im 21yrs old and im a big boy. i was currently at jeff gordon gym for a yrs and was training as a boxer. i wanted to expand my knowledge alittle bit more knowing that i wasnt going to find it there. i want to learn about the art of mma and j.j .. well i hope u can right back telling me the schedule of mma, and hopefully i can be apart of the gym DQ
