Defend U is a terrific teaching center that focuses on real world self defense training and teaching. They have a great facility and well rounded group of instructors. The location is great, which is on Serene and Tamarus next to Silver HS and across the street from Sams Club and Wal Mart. You will get a great workout, learn a skill that can help you in your every day life and deal with all sorts of other issues you may have (stress, anxiety, anger, tension). etc….
