Our style is defined by the creation of a relaxed atmosphere while practicing the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. People of all ages and genders are welcome. Sergio and a selected few of his best trainees maintain daily classes in the art for all.
Sergio is a strong believer that by maintaining a friendly, healthy and respectful attitude on the mat, provides the ambiance necessary to both, produce skilled athletes and boost self confidence.
Being him or her desire to dominate the art, or to only learn self-defense while improving conditioning, there is room for all. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a sport for just about anyone. The benefits are enormous, being fiscally, emotionally and mentally. It is the intent of all who are involved there to maintain and enhance these fundamental characteristics in their lives.
