We are proud to be part of Relson Gracie’s team, and strive to teach only the finest Jiu-Jitsu technique. We are also very proficient in all aspects of self defense and MMA including, boxing, kick-boxing, and wrestling. We also stress conditioning, mental toughness, a good diet, and a healthy lifestyle. We pride ourselves on our tough workouts and get the most out of our students time. We will not be out hustled in the cage, or in a tournament. We also offer a kids and junior level class. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class offers students the opportunity to wear the Jiu-Jitsu Gi or kimono, and are taught the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We stress heavy emphasis on positional control, technical efficiency, vice like grips , and swift submissions. Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is a very aggressive, constantly attacking, and very smart style of Jiu-Jitsu, designed to overwhelm and finish your opponent. At Juggernaut BJJ and MMA we are a very technical school and strive to bring you the finest Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in the area.
