The Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) School in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, welcomes everyone and anyone who is looking to get in shape, learn self-defense, and improve the overall quality of their lives. The first step is to schedule free intro class now!!

At the introductory program he or she will learn the overall self-defense strategy of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and afterwards enroll in the Gracie Barra Fundamentals Program. After four (4) months of training and learning all the techniques comprising the Fundamental’s curriculum, the student will be recommended to join the Gracie Barra Advanced Program. With eight (8) months of training and experience, the student will have the maturity level and enough knowledge to enroll on the Gracie Barra Black Belt Program. It is in the Gracie Barra Black Belt Program where he or she will be exposed to all kinds of training dynamics, including Mixed Martial Arts, MMA, BJJ No-Gi and high level BJJ-Gi, so that the student develops his or her own Jiu-Jitsu game, strategy and technique(s).

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a beautiful art and everyone is capable of learning it and enjoying its many benefits!

    My names jake and I’m 16 years old Ive been dreaming for years now to train and practice mma I love it. I love to fight and I’m looking for mma gyms. I train and study isshinn ryu karate I’m working on my green belt and I love it! I trained wrestling and was starting at 155. Btw I’m just wondering if mma was practiced at this gym? I also studied BBJ I’m pretty skilled and fast. So that’s what I wanna know thanks a lot.

    Hi my names jake. I’m 16 years old and My dream is to be a UFC fighter it’s been my dream ever since I turned into a teenager.. But I need some help before I start anything but I am in isshin rhu karate and I absolutely love it! I also studied jujitsu for a little but never got big into it but ground fighting is my best way to fight with submissions and all I also wrestled for a little and plan to wrestle this year also. But I’m just looking for a gym to get started in so thanks a lot.
