We provide an environment that allows students to establish good skills and attain their individual goals. This is not a “shark tank” environment where only the physically gifted survive. If you want to get in shape, learn real world self defense, compete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or submission/mixed martial arts tournaments, or successfully combine any of the above, we will provide you with the individual instruction and attention that allows you to meet your goals. We offer Gi, No Gi (submission grappling), military certification, women’s self-defense, and children’s classes, as well as private individual and small group lessons.
In addition, we offer Kickboxing and MMA classes: Kickboxing classes involve standup skills and techniques taught using your hands and legs; Mixed Martial Arts classes combine the ground techniques and takedowns from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling with the standup skills taught in Kickboxing and Muay-Thai. When combined, these mixture of skills create an extremely well rounded and technical fighter that is ready to compete successfully in the ring, cage or in issues of self defense.
Head Instructor Roberts Owens is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt under Eric Daulberg. He has over 11 years experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He has has a Military Certification Level III and is authorized to certify students through Military Certification Level II.

Affordable price compared to others and they give the brand new student the same attention taht they do to the elite. No egos allowed, either check it at the door, or they’ll check it for you. A comfortable yet challenging place to learn and hon your skills.
