Elite Martial Arts of Hendersonville, Tennessee, is dedicated to empowering you and/or your child to succeed in every aspect of life, through the teaching of martial arts. Our dedicated instructors work to make sure every student is heading in the right direction whether it’s at school, home, or in martial arts class. We work hand-in-hand with parents and teachers to help our students achieve the qualities of a Black Belt!

At Elite Martial Arts of Hendersonville, we provide a laid-back, friendly atmosphere (ego-free). All of our adult students train in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).  We work on physical fitness, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). We also incorporate self-defense from Krav Maga, as most of our top instructors have had experience in training/teaching this style. Unlike many other martial arts or MMA schools in the area, our students DO spar at an early level. Sparring is where you wear protective gear to practice your techniques with another student. We feel it’s the best way to get the experience needed to defend yourself; something you can’t train by punching targets!

We also offer Competition MMA classes, which are for the select few who have taken on the challenge of stepping inside the cage or ring, such as on the Ultimate Fighter. This class is designed to push the fighter to the max to prepare him/her for the stresses of MMA competition. This class in only for those SERIOUS about competing! For safety, our students can expect to train six or more months before being allowed to fight in competition.

Chief Instructor Tim Lenarduzzi has been training in martial arts since late 1996. He holds a 3rd degree black belt in Kenpo and a black belt in American Kenpo. Mr. Lenarduzzi is also trained in Muay Thai Kickboxing, and Krav Maga (Israeli Military hand-to-hand fighting system). He has been studying and continues to study Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Mr. Lenarduzzi has been teaching for 10 years, including time as a Program Director and Manager of a very successful school. He has also assisted in creating and filming “Fusion,” a theme-based curriculum.
